First and foremost, thank you so much for being here. It means the world to us that you took a liking to our songs and decided to join the crew. The songs on this EP are some of the first that we’ve released as No Fltr, and are very dear to us.
We hope they resonate with you.
Everything you see on this page was made by both of us, from the songs, the productions, the writings, to the videos and even the cover art.
As you scroll down, you’ll read the story behind us making LOML. At the bottom, we included links to the LOML EP in digital download format (wav), the cover art, and a No Fltr members only page where we give you exclusive access to upcoming songs, unreleased content, and more. The password is 1110.
The Loml EP
Description
LOML, short for “Love of My Life,” draws inspiration from both of our last relationships.
At heart, we’re both hopeless romantics, and we’ve been guilty of losing ourselves in relationships—giving more than we received.
We created LOML to capture the feelings we went through, including:
falling in love
having fights
breaking up
getting back together (several times 😂)
and eventually leaving the relationship feeling depressed and empty.
But beneath all the heartbreak, there was a silver lining—a lesson we both needed to learn and the inspiration for this EP:
“If you don’t love yourself, your love life will be a joke.”
Reflecting on this lesson, we want you to know you’re not alone. Everyone goes through ups and downs. Just remember, your first love should always be yourself. 🫵
The COVER ART
The crossed out Letter “M” in LOML changes the acronym to LOL (Laugh Out Loud). LOML is a play on the phrase “LOL” or in other words, the love of your life was an “LOL” or joke.
The shattered glass represents a broken heart
The tire marks represent both of our last relationships which centered around car adventures and making out in the backseat.
Song list
We intentionally chose the song order to flow like a progression of a relationship from the spark of a first meeting and falling in love (LOML, Lost Tonight, All Your Love), the honey moon phase (Lullaby), the breakup (Let It End, Let You Go, Alone), and finally the realization of the endless cycle of relationships not working out (Happens Every Time).
